Quick access to information needed during the sales process: a. Customer selection lists past and present orders, seamlessly move between order list and order details.
b. Move to order tab where you can move up and down list of items, item history is displayed in bottom grid, and updates automatically as you move up and down the list. Hit enter at any point and item tab will populate with all item details.
d. Use function key to display vendors you can purchase item from.
e. Item search form Searches all four fields of description and gives result. Search using Customer Item number Search using Vendor Item number Search using vendor name. or any combination of these, for example search for widgets you sold to ABC Plumbing.
Two grids in search form, top grid populates with search result, bottom grid populates with selected items price history showing all prior sales.
f. Purchase Order tab, view all PO’s from the current and prior day, also see total dollars spent in either.
g. Customer search function, gives all relevant customer info and notes. Function to add notes.
h. Vendor Search function, gives vendor info in addition to lists all open and closed PO’s for that vendor in descending order by date. Click on a PO and see details, if the PO is open you can update or delete at this point.
CAD Drawings
a. Function to attach cad drawings and or *.jpg images to items, when item details are populated in item tab, image or CAD drawing is available for view & print. We can enhance functionality by enabling external third party applications by Solidworks or Autodesk to launch attached file.
- Add, Update & Delete functionality:a. Order Entry functionality, ALL functions required during the OE process are available.
b. Add items on the fly during the OE process.
c. Full item master and location functions, add, update, and delete.
d. Add customers on the fly during OE process.
e. Add, update, or delete new or existing customers in addition to alternate addresses.
f. PO’s automatically entered and released during OE process if item stock level is below predetermined levels.
g. Add, Update or delete new or existing purchase orders.
h. All modules: OE, IM & PO have full add, update and delete functionality for all records.
- Printing functionalitya. Print from all modules.
b. Print canned or custom pick tickets.
c. Print & email canned or custom order acknowledgements.
d. Print canned or custom purchase Orders
- Securitya. Executive level access gives management reporting functionality, see total value of booked orders, and cash receipts from the prior day. Many other options are available for reporting.
b. Inside sales can have limited or enhanced functionality based on rights assigned to login. Allow inside sales to add customers or don’t it’s up to you.
- Highly Customizablea. Application in written in visual basic, the application is desktop based. We can make any custom enhancements you require.
